Riyadh Season

We worked as sub-contractors to International Fence, a leading fencing and security solutions company. We helped install and maintain the fences for the Riyadh Season, a state-sponsored annual entertainment and sports festival that attracted millions of visitors from around the world. The festival included over 8,500 events that took place at 15 different zones, each representing a different culture and theme. Our high-quality fences ensured the safety and security of the venues and the guests.

Iktva

We were hired to install, and later remove 16,000 square meters carpeting in Dhahran Expo, a major event that showcased the achievements and opportunities of Saudi Arabia’s localization program

Our high-quality carpets perfectly matched the theme of each venue, and created a comfortable and professional atmosphere for the exhibitors and visitors

Alhijrah event at Ithra

We handled the logistics of the Alhijrah event at Ithra, a cultural center that aims to enrich the knowledge and creativity of the Saudi people. The event was a celebration of the Prophet’s migration from Makkah to Madinah.

We handled the transportation, storage, and distribution of the materials and equipment needed for the exhibition, which featured interactive displays, historical artifacts, and artistic performance

Food Trucks

Food Trucks:Provided local tastes by local vendor, through food trucks during one of Ithra’s seasonal events. We handeled all logistics, operational and project managamaent services from vendor selection, documentation, setup to dismantling and close out.

Ensuring all standards of safety and health codes were met to provide for a safe, welcoming and enjoyable user experience

The Shed at Ithra

The Shed at Ithra: We were tasked to create an activity area at the Ithra Building, Dhahran, for teenagers to hang out while participating in fun and educational activities such as games and challenges, while learning new skills and gaining knowledge.

We built a cozy and inviting space with a coffee station called The Shed with appropriate furniture, lighting, and sound systems, in keeping with the theme of Riwaya, or storytelling in Arabic
